Refund & Return Policy

30-Day Return Guarantee

At LoveCigs Studio, you may return eligible items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund.

Return Conditions

• Items must be unused, unfilled (never fueled) and in their original condition.
• Items must be returned in the original packaging with all included accessories.
• Proof of purchase (order number) is required.

How to Start a Return

1. Email support@lovecigs.com with your order number and reason for return.
2. We will reply within 24-48 hours with return instructions and the return address.
3. Pack the item securely and ship it back. Please keep your return tracking number.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you by email. Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method within 5-7 business days after inspection. For orders paid by bank transfer, the refund is sent back to the originating account.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you received a defective, damaged or incorrect item, contact us within 7 days of delivery and we will arrange a replacement or full refund, including return shipping.

Exchanges

To exchange an item, return the original for a refund and place a new order.
